The Beltana House project was an expansion of an existing Dementia facility including an integrated interior upgrade to the existing facility to promote the organisations' values of providing excellence in aged care environments and resident services. In an 'Australian first' an innovative and staff selectable technology resident monitoring system has been integrated into the facility promoting the organisation’s primary function; the care of its residents.
