Strategic amalgamation of four closely located churches into a co-location ministry centre. The new completed landmark facility combined a major extension with a transformation of the 1960s church structure into a unifying architectural language. The architecture and a new suite of outreach spaces promotes a welcoming and community focused congregation featuring a new worship centre providing contemporary worship and flexible adaptation for performance events to the benefit of the Burnside community. The staff office environments enable staff collaboration. A suite of meeting spaces and a multi-purpose hall meet a variety of generational ministry needs and activities of the congregation. Reuse of building materials from the redundant church buildings promote the church as an environmentally conscious organisation.
